Technology systems occasionally experience disruptions. We want to keep things simple and provide support if your systems experience any of these disruptions. From proactively monitoring and fixing your system remotely to enabling you to reset your own system easily, we have you covered.
We’re available to communicate via email, chat, text, and phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. (Basic Plan support is only available M-F, 8am-5pm CST.)
Your system will be accessed remotely and oftentimes repaired without an on-site service call.
We'll proactively monitor your technology system and oftentimes troubleshoot potential issues before they are noticed.
You’ll receive a mobile app enabling you to fix many of the common issues technology systems experience.
You'll receive scheduled service within 7 business days, but scheduling is prioritized with monthly plans.
In the unlikely event that an on-site service call must be scheduled, you’ll receive a preferred rate.
While on site for your biennial UPS battery replacement, we will visually inspect your system and make appropriate service or system recommendations. (First hour of on-site service waived.)
We’ll come out annually to make sure your system is operating properly. Necessary firmware updates will be initiated and equipment will be cleaned and dusted.
ON-SITE SERVICE CALL RATES ARE $145/1ST HOUR, $100 EACH ADDITIONAL HOUR. DISCOUNTS OFFERED PER MONTHLY PLAN.
