With customer satisfaction and safety as our top priorities, our team goes above and beyond to provide our clients with high-end smart home automation and integrated technology solutions.

Step-by-Step Process

We’ll work with you every step of the way to deliver an experience that exceeds your expectations. Here’s what you can expect when we work together.

STEP 1: CONSULTATION

In our first meeting, we’ll sit down and talk about your vision for your space. We’ll brainstorm possibilities, gather some basic information, and walk through the process of working together. We want to learn all about your wants, needs, and the goals for your experience.

STEP 2: HOME VISIT

After our initial consultation, we will schedule a home or office visit to get a lay of the land. This visit helps us recommend the best solutions for your floor plan. We’ll explore a few options for your space.

STEP 3: PROPOSAL

You’ll receive a proposal that includes an initial budget estimate for your project. Once you’ve reviewed the proposal, we’ll finalize the details of the project and get started.

STEP 4: INSTALL

It’s install time! We’ll schedule the project install around your availability. Rest assured, we’ve got the best technicians in the industry. We’ll take care of your home or business like you do and we’ll clean up when we leave.

STEP 5: LAUNCH DAY

Nothing gives us goosebumps more than showing off something for the first time! We will show you how to use all the controls and answer any questions. We also offer free support for your system for 30-days after installation.

ONGOING SUPPORT

Remote management is our proactive approach for maintaining and monitoring your system. We offer monthly technical support plans to quickly and remotely diagnose and fix system issues. If in-person support is needed, we’ll send a technician with knowledge of the issue to alleviate a lengthy service calls and help minimize downtime.
